An Accredited and Experienced Nutritional Therapist
I am a Member of BANT and CNCH and have a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College / Thames Valley University. I have previously worked in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist.
I am passionate about the positive effects food and nutrition can have on our physical, emotional and mental health. I love that food can nourish you and boost your well-being. I am a working mum, trying to juggle and balance the demands of modern life, like many of you.
Personal Experience and Challenges
As well as academic knowledge I have gained wisdom and understanding from my own physical and mental health challenges including anxiety and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), where I used food and nutrition as one aspect of healing – so I can certainly say I have and still do “walk my talk”! So I love the thought of being able to share what I have learnt to help you too.
I firmly believe good nutrition is one aspect to healing, staying well and preventing disease.
Realistic Plans to Fit Your Lifestyle
I have a passion to educate about the powerful benefits of food to help you move towards vibrant health with a realistic plan that fits into your lifestyle.
I don’t preach or judge, I just want to help you and support you on your journey. I want to help you make simple, positive effective changes – to eat better to feel better whether you are a busy working mum, business person, student, carer or going through a transition such as pregnancy or menopause.
I have helped many people over the years change their diet and food with great results.
“ I enjoyed Anne’s Eating for Energy workshop with other mums. Great tips to help us and our kids in our daily lives. Anne is very passionate and natural.
